Welcome to Guitar Clarity, a platform operated by BAS Music Limited, a New Zealand-based company ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the Guitar Clarity website ("Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our Platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our Platform.
2. Eligibility
Our Platform is available to individuals aged 13 and over. If you are under 13, please do not use our services. Users between 13 and 18 must have parental or guardian consent to register.
3. Subscription and Payment
Guitar Clarity offers various subscription plans. Each subscription provides access to specific courses and materials for a defined period. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the subscription fee to your provided payment method. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time outside of the committed period; however, access will remain active until the end of the billing period.
4. Account Registration and Security
To use our services, you must register and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
5. Prohibited Use
Users agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
- Share subscription credentials or allow others to access your account.
- Copy, distribute, or modify content without permission.
- Upload harmful code or interfere with the functionality of our Platform.
6. User Content
By posting or submitting content to the Platform, you grant BAS Music Limited a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, and display your content in connection with the operation of the Platform. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to post such content.
7. Privacy and Data Protection

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BAS Music Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of data or revenue.

You agree to indemnify and hold BAS Music Limited harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you lose access to all content provided by the subscription.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Users will be notified of any substantial changes, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in New Zealand courts.
13. Disclaimer
You understand and agree that the Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis. We hereby disclaim any and all warranties with respect to the Platform, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, including any implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, accuracy, title and non-infringement. In connection with the foregoing you expressly agree that use of this Platform is at your sole risk and without any warranty and that such exclusion of warranties is an essential part of the basis on which we provide the Platform.
You expressly agree that use of the Services, including all lessons and content distributed by, downloaded or accessed from or through this Site, is at your sole risk. You understand and agree that you will be solely responsible for any damage to you or your computer system or for any loss of data that results from the use of the Services by you.
We will make all reasonable efforts to have the Platform available on a 24-hour basis, excluding normal network administration and system down-time, but if access is suspended or interrupted, liability will be limited to restoring access to the Platform as soon as practical.
15. Intellectual Property and Copyright Infringement
All content available on Guitar Clarity, including but not limited to text, images, video lessons, graphics, logos, and other materials, is the intellectual property of BAS Music Limited or its licensors and is protected under international copyright laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, modification, or display of any copyrighted content is strictly prohibited.
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used on Guitar Clarity in a manner that constitutes copyright infringement, please notify us by providing the following information:
- A description of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
- A description of where the material you claim is infringing is located on our website;
- Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
